  • How to Complete Your Golf Ball Drop Sheets
    Follow the steps below to successfully sign out your sheet, assign numbers, and submit sales!

    1: PICK YOUR SHEET & START SELLING

    • Select ONE sheet color—Green or Pink—then choose the number group you’d like to sell. Once you’ve signed out your sheet and picked your numbers, you’ll be the only one assigned to that color and number group.
    • Each number costs $5.00, and selling a full sheet totals $100. Buyers can either choose a number from your sheet, or you can assign one to them from your available numbers. 

      You’re all set to start selling! 

    2: TRACK YOUR SALES & SUBMIT THE FORM

    • Once you've sold as many numbers as you can (you don’t need to sell the entire sheet), go to the “Member Golf Balls Sold” JotForm (link will be provided). This form must be completed by the RBW Booster Club member only, not by the buyer.
    • You are the main contact if your buyer wins. You or the buyers do not need to attend the Golf Outing to win.

      As the seller, you are responsible for:

    • Tracking who purchased each number
    • Collecting payment from friends and family
    • Submitting the total payment to RBW (We Accept: Cash, Check, Cash App, or Credit Card — a 3% fee applies for card payments.

    3: BALL DROP & WINNING DETAILS

    • At the Golf Outing dinner, all 500 numbered golf balls will be dropped from a bucket onto the putting green. Guests can watch the drop from the deck overlooking the green. The ball that lands closest to the pin wins $250!
    • We’re selling two color sets of the same number sequence, so each number exists in both green and pink sheet. There could be two winners.
