Sauna sessions are 30 mins in duration and 5 mins is allowed either side for dressing and undressing. Please bring a water bottle with you. You can wear your togs or whatever you feel comfortable in. There is a shower available for after your session. One towel and a sweat cloth are also provided.

Please ensure you are on-time to your appointment. Your session will start at the correct time and while we will endevour to accomodate you for lateness due to unforseen circumstances, if there is a session straight after yours we cannot extend your time.
