Hudson River Air Dogs and Windy Rock Farm Speed Limit Policy
The Hudson River Air Dogs Board of Directors is taking this policy very seriously. We are doing all we can to prevent an accident or tragedy from happening. By implementing this policy, it will help us remain welcome at Windy Rock Farm.
I acknowledge the fact that Windy Rock Farm is a working farm
I acknowledge the fact that there are LIVE ANIMALS and CHILDREN that cross the road on the farm
I acknowledge that there is a stop sign at the base of the hill and there are multiple speed limit signs telling you to drive 5 mph
I agree to stop at the stop sign at the base of the hill
I agree to idle (riding the brake) through the property driving 5 mph or less
I agree that if I invite a guest or multiple guests to the property, I am 100% responsible for their speed through the farm
I agree that if I am found to violate this policy that I will be fined $50 and my members benefits will be suspended until payment is made. This includes pool rentals and/or participation in club activities and competitions.
I agree that If I am found to violate the speed policy for a 2nd time that I will be expelled from the club for the remainder of the season and/or up to the discretion of the board of directors
I acknowledge that if I get expelled from the club, I am not allowed to rent the pool or participate in any HRAD club events /competitions.
I acknowledge that if I get expelled from the club for violating this policy there will be no refunds of membership fees, pool rentals fees or competition fees paid
