The 'In Good Hands' website has lots of ways to show you information and to move you through the training. Here's a chance to try some of them out to give you an idea of what will happen.

As you go through the training, you may want to return to an earlier section. The 'MENU' button in the corner will let you see other areas of the training such as Modules, Practice Quizzes, and My Account. Click on the button below to see what that looks like.

There are lots of single choice questions throughout the training. You can only select one answer in this type of question. Remember, check your answers whenever you can!

In Good Hands often uses storytelling and images as exercises to find out where someone may have made a mistake with food safety. You will need to click on the '>' arrow to move through a series of pictures, following a worker as they prepare things, and your job will be to identify any mistakes they may have made. Practice moving through a series of images below.
By clicking down and holding the left side of your mouse, you can 'drag and drop' things. That means that while you are holding down on the mouse or touchpad you can move things around on your screen. Drag and drop these handwashing steps in the correct order by clicking on them and moving them up and down into the correct spot:
Let's see if they're in the right order:
Wet hands thoroughly
Apply liquid soap
Lather hands, wrists and forearms well
Rinse
Dry hands with single service towel
Turn off tap with single service towel
Re-ordering the steps from one column to another is used on the training website. Try this exercise to reorganize the steps to washing your hands. Click on the step that should come first to 'select' it and it will pop over to the Selected column. You can click one in the 'Corrected order for steps' column to send it back to the 'Out of order steps' column.
Sometimes, you will have to fill in the missing steps in the correct order. The list of handwashing steps below missing a few steps. Choose the answer which has the right steps in the correct order.
The Temperature Danger Zone, or TDZ, is between 4°C and 60°C. Use the point of your mouse or touchpad to click and hold on the numbers below and slide them to highlight the TDZ.

You will be asked to upload a piece of ID such as a driver's license before you write the final test. Practice uploading a picture now so you get the hang of it.
