Biology CIRCLE Program
Please note you must attach the following files:
- Resume or Curriculum Vitae:
  Describe your educational background, extracurricular activities, previous research experience, and publications/presentations (if any). No page limit.
- Statement of Goals:
  In 250-500 words, (1) describe your interest in biology and scientific research, (2) tell us about your future scientific goals and how the program will help you achieve those goals, and (3) describe personal characteristics or experiences that would help you be a productive member of a research team or any hardships or obstacles that you have overcome that have made you stronger.
You will be asked to attach or provide:
- Two letters of recommendation. Please send this link www.duq.edu/URPreference to the professors who are writing letters of recommendation for you.
- Names of at least 3 professors that you would be interested in working with (See Circle Website for eligible faculty mentors).
- A pdf of an unofficial copy of your most recent transcript from your university. If accepted to the program, we will ask for an official transcript later.
