  • Check to see if all the components are safe, secure and not loose
  • Check to see if any wires or connections are loose or have come off
  • Check all screws, nuts and bolts. Make sure there is nothing missing and everything is tight

  • Check the propeller's for marks and nicks; Replace any that are damaged
  • Check the propeller nuts, bolts or locks and make sure they are tight
  • Gently turn each propeller with your finger and check that the movement is smooth and does not bind or "grate"

  • RC

  • Check the transmitter battery voltage; Never fly the craft with a low voltage reading on your transmitter
  • Antennas not damaged and oriented properly

  • Pilot app

  • Maximum flight altitude 400ft / 121m AGL unless a NOTAM has been issued to operate at a greater height
  • Failsafe mode: 33ft / 10m clearance above the highest obstacle in the vicinity of the intended area of operation
  • RC Signal Lost set to Return-to-Home above 40 metres
