Membership Agreement and Waiver
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Freeform House ("Company") and the undersigned member ("Member") for a license to use space located at 104 East Main Street, Jenks, OK 74037.
1. Membership Grant: Company grants Member a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the shared coworking space and amenities.
2. Term: This Agreement is month-to-month and begins on the Membership Start Date.
3. Membership Fee: The monthly membership fee is $150, due in advance on the Billing Date each month.
4. Access and Use: Member may use open shared seating on a first-come, first-served basis, and common areas and shared amenities (such as phone booths and lounge areas). No exclusive or reserved space is provided.
5. Acceptable Use: Member agrees to use the space and amenities respectfully and in accordance with Company policies.
6. No Tenancy or Property Rights: This arrangement is a non-taxable license to use space and services, not a lease or tenancy, and does not grant any tenancy or property rights.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur for violation of terms or misuse.
8. Liability Waiver: Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to Member’s personal property, or for any personal injury.
9. Modifications: Company may modify membership terms, fees, or offerings with reasonable notice.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
Signatures: By signing this agreement you are confirming this valid agreement between the member/signor and The Ten Properties LLC (d/b/a Freeform House).
