⚖️ WEIGH-IN PROCESS (IMPORTANT)
WEIGH-IN STARTS AT 5:00 PM
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE PRESENT BY 5:30 PM — NO EXCEPTIONS
Judging: Largest fish by WEIGHT
Tie Breaker: LENGTH

1. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All participants must complete an application and pay the required entry fee to participate.

2. ENTRY FEE
$35.00 PER PERSON (Includes State Park entry)
Applies to adults and children.

3. LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
All participants must have a valid Nevada Fishing License unless under age 12.

4. ELIGIBLE CATCH TIMEFRAME
SATURDAY | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

5. PRIZE ELIGIBILITY
Only qualifying fish approved under derby rules will be eligible for prizes.
Prizes may be awarded by fish category as designated by event rules.
NO CLOUDY EYES OR FROZEN FISH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

6. FISHING REGULATIONS & CONDUCT
All participants must comply with Nevada law, contest rules, and IGFA standards.
Any violation will result in IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION WITHOUT REFUND.

7. FAMILY EVENT & EQUIPMENT RESTRICTIONS
This is a FUN, FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENT.
Professional fishing equipment is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Violators will be DISQUALIFIED WITHOUT REFUND.

8. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
Employees, agents, partners, and their household members are not eligible to participate or win prizes.

9. LIABILITY & PRIZE CONDITIONS
Eagle Valley Resort is not responsible for awarding prizes to participants in violation of rules.

10. PROMOTIONAL USE
Participants agree to allow use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
