VENDOR INFORMATION: Vendors must provide their own tables. Tents will be allowed. Electric is available, however you must supply your own extension cords, power strips, etc. Vendors will be allowed to start setting up each day at 6:00 a.m.
Liability and Release Terms:

1. Release of liability: The vendor agrees to release Hawai`i's Strongest and all its affiliates from all liabilities and claims arising from event participation.

2. Indemnification: The vendor will protect and compensate the event organizers against claims, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, resulting from the vendor's actions or products.

3. Assumption of risk: Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their property; event organizers are not liable for loss or damage due to various causes, including weather.

4. Vendor insurance: Vendors are required to have their own insurance, such as Commercial General Liability, for the event duration and must show proof upon request.
