ABOUT THE IVP

Our accommodation ranges from 3 to 4-star graded guest houses and/or executive hotels that offer lodging and breakfast.

Accommodation is for three (3) nights - Thusday, Friday, and Saturday night.

It is compulsory to book for these three (3) nights.

Transport to and from church will be provided.

Hotels are allocated by package. NO CHANGES can be made on arrival.

THE PRICE IS PER PERSON FOR 3 NIGHTS, INCLUDING BREAKFAST AND DINNER AT THE HOTEL:

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. UNFORTUNATELY, CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 YEARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM! (Unless there is a special arrangement made with the office, this is for safety reasons).

2.CHILDREN ABOVE THE AGE OF 12 pay the FULL AMOUNT.
If you wish to share a room, please let the EVENTS DEPARTMENT know, but please note that you are still to pay the FULL PRICE.

3. Check-in starts STRICTLY from 14:00 on Thursday, 23th of October 2025. Please note that the hotel will NOT ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN'S.

4. Check-out is on Sunday, 26th of October 2025 at 11:00am. Transport to church starts at 5am, and all luggage to be brought with to church.

5. Transport will be provided at scheduled times according to the program that you will be attending.

6. AMI is able to assist you with an Invitation Letter/Hotel Booking for visa application. Please give yourself enough time to apply for your visa.

7. Should you register and pay on arrival, please note that the ZAR price will be charged for all payments made by card.

8. Should you book and make payment, then for one reason or the other you do not attend, you will forfeit your entire payment.

9. Please note that to secure your stay with us, the FULL accommodation payment should be paid at least 2 to 5 days before arrival.

10. If you come from outside of South Africa, payments made by bank transfer are to be made 10 days before arrival.

11. Hotel letters are sent a week before the event. All late registrations (one day before) will need to collect the hotel letter from the office.
