A work-related risk is a potential hazard or harmful situation in the workplace that can affect the safety, health, or well-being of employees. 

Work-related accident:

A work-related accident is an accident that occurs during work. The Working Conditions Act (Arbowet) defines it as an event at work or during working hours that immediately results in damage to health. It can be an accident in a company, in an institution or on a (construction) site. An accident can also be an accident at work if the employee is on the road for work. If an accident happens during commuting time, it is usually not an work-related accident because it did not happen during working hours.
