This form is to confirm the initial doctor investor base, which will allow us to create and launch the new Genwell service.

Investments above £10,000 will be eligible for SEIS tax incentives (50% income tax relief against your investment) and investments of £1,000-£10,000 will be eligible for EIS tax incentives (30% income tax relief against your investment). This will apply to the 2025-26 tax year.

Simply create an account on SeedLegals, sign the document, after which we’ll countersign and then you have up to 5 days to transfer the committed funds into the Genwell business bank account.
