    To help us clean efficiently and keep your rates consistent: - Please pick up any personal items (shoes, clothes, dishes, toys, etc.) - We only load and start dishwashers. Please unload them in advance - Leave clean sheets at the foot of your bed if you'd like us to change them - Make sure A/C is on--Our team works very hard and need a comfortable safe environment - Let us know about any products or chemicals you use on your floors/surfaces - Ensure we access & have running water, electricity, and A/C on the day of service Custom Clean Add-ons (extra charge applies): Windows, wipe baseboards, inside ovens, fridges, trinket shelves, steam floors, and more. We do not: - Remove paint - Clean up pet or human feces or urine - Touch blood or needles - Move large furniture or rugs - Clean areas higher than 12 ft - Clean crystal chandeliers

Our insurance requires: - No moving heavy items - No shoe covers (our team has to wear non-slip shoes only)

    We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may seem small, but they take a toll. They directly impact your cleaner’s family, as our team relies on these hours to support their loved ones. We truly appreciate your understanding and help in keeping things running smoothly. A $50 non-refundable fee will be charged for the following: If you don’t cancel within a minimum of 24 hours If we arrive and cannot enter your home If we are on our way and you cancel If we arrive and there isn’t running water or electricity *We send you a courtesy text appointment reminder before each service to help prevent this happening.

    Our flat rates are based on regular service intervals to maintain consistency. If you skip or delay your usual cleaning schedule, it means more work when we return, and your cleaner has lost valuable hours. As a result, rates will increase if the service is pushed further out. Rates may also adjust for: Increased cleaning time Changes in home condition Cost of living adjustments Economy changes Adding a pet to the home

    We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy with anything, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean it at no charge. *We cannot honor re-clean requests made more than 24 hours after service.* *We recommend that the customer to do a final walk-through of the entire home for the first cleaning.

    Tipping? Yes, please! Our cleaning techs work super hard and love a little extra “thank you.” Tipping is common in our industry and always brings big smiles. This investment allows us to deliver top-quality service through reliable, trustworthy, and well-trained staff. We’re proud of our strong, dependable team and work hard to maintain a low turnover by fostering a supportive and professional environment. To protect this investment and the integrity of our company, we have implemented this Unfair Solicitation Agreement. It is designed to prevent situations where clients attempt to bypass the company and hire our employees directly. Doing so undermines the professional relationship we work hard to build and maintain, and unfairly disadvantages both the company and our team. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: - I understand that employees of Totally Tidy Maid & Janitorial Services, LLC are not permitted to engage in any direct work or business relationship with clients outside of the company during employment and for one (1) full year after their termination from the company. - I agree not to solicit, hire, or engage any employee of Totally Tidy Maid & Janitorial Services, LLC for private services outside of the company. - I understand that if I do engage in such a relationship, I will be responsible for paying a $2,800 finder’s fee to Totally Tidy Maid & Janitorial Services, LLC. - I understand that violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of service and forfeiture of any unused credits or gift cards. We sincerely thank you for respecting our team and the systems we’ve built to serve you with excellence.
