Essay: "Why do I want to become a Debutante?"
Please answer in complete sentences. The essay must be at least two paragraphs long. Your essay should answer why you want to become a Deb/Sub Deb and what you see yourself getting out of being a member of this organization.
IV. Transcripts and Disciplinary Report
You will need to request your 2024-2025 school transcript from your school. This is a copy of your official transcripts (it does not need to be signed or sealed). They must be uploaded to this application in order for the application to be completed. They must include grade 9 to your current year and display your GPA as well as classes taken.
You must also request your discipline report from the school counselor or the school office. This is also known as a behavioral report. This should include a list of behavioral actions recorded throughout your schooling. This must be uploaded with this application.
Please ensure that submissions are clear and all information is visible, without any parts cut off.

V. Required References
Please make sure that the email addresses of your references are correct, as the emails you provide on this application will be used to automatically send out the recommendation forms to those whom you have chosen. All references must be submitted by July 15, 2025, 11:59pm EST.
References should come from one adult who works at your high school and one adult from your community. No Family Members are accepted. You may choose to provide two referees from your school instead of a community member.
After you click the 'send reference links' button, you will be automatically directed to the next section of your application, where you will then be able to save your progress. You will need to click save if you want to stop and come back later after sending your reference links.
Regarding Save and continue
You may save your progress and continue later by selecting "Save" at the bottom of each page. You do not need to create an account. Once you have clicked "Save", there will be a pop-up box, at the bottom, choose "Skip Create an Account". You will need to choose to send the link to your email or copy the URL to come back later and continue your application.
