  • Training Requirements

  • Based on your previous answers, no training is required. However, Code of Ethics and Fair Housing are still required for every 3-year cycle for REALTOR® members, and may apply if this was not met.

  • Based on your previous answers, no training is required. 

  • The following training is required for membership. Once all ONLINE training is complete, MLS access will be granted within 24 business hours. In-person training is then required within 180 days of joining. 

    1. Paragon Online Training

    2. New Member Online Orientation

    3. Code of Ethics Online Training

    4. Fair Haven Online Training (Fair Housing)

    5. BR Edge - Full day of in-person training at BR. Must be completed within 180 days of joining. Please select a date below.

    1. Once submitted, your application will be emailed to your Broker for approval. Approval is needed before your application can be processed.

    2. We will process your application within 2 business days. We will send you an email containing your BR Member Portal login and required training instructions.

    3. Once training is complete, MLS access will be granted. 

  • Steps to Licensed Office Staff Privileges:

    1. Once submitted, your application will be emailed to your Broker for approval. Approval is needed before your application can be processed.

    2. We will process your application within 2 business days. We will send you an email containing your BR Member Portal login, payment instructions, and required training instructions.

    3. Once fees are paid and training is complete, MLS access will be granted.

    1. Once submitted, your application will be emailed to your Broker AND your employer for approval. BOTH approvals are needed before your application can be processed.

    3. Once training is complete, MLS access will be granted.

    Your employer is the person for whom you are a personal assistant. You will be able to assume their identity in Paragon MLS.

  • Health Insurance:
    BR offers health, dental, and/or vision insurance plans for eligible members. Information can be found on your member portal once your application is processed. In order to enroll, you must be a W-2 employee or have a W-2 employee, other than your spouse. For questions call Leanne at 251.270.2722. *

  • Payment of Fees

  • Once paid, all dues and fees are non-refundable.

  • Some fees such as National Dues will not apply if you have already paid them for the current year. 

  • Any office admin or assistant with an active Alabama Real Estate License in a a member office who has access to Baldwin MLS must pay Baldwin MLS fees. If the license is inactive, no fees are assessed. The invoice will be available to pay on your BR member portal after your application is processed. Once paid, all dues and fees are non-refundable.

  • *Contributions to RPAC are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. Your contribution is split between National RPAC and the State PAC in your state. Contact your State Association or PAC for information about the percentages of your contribution provided to National RPAC and to the State PAC. The National RPAC portion is used to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116.
