Welcome to the Vitals for Youth Ministry Online Assessment tool. We developed this assessment to provide Youth Pastors or Youth Leaders with a series of questions to help them determine the strength of each Vital in their youth ministry. The 25 questions are designed to give a holistic view of your youth ministry's health.

Take your time, as there are only 25 questions, you will want to answer each question as honestly as possible to make your results helpful.

Upon completing the assessment, you will receive your results via email and some recommendations on resources to help you address Vitals that need attention in your ministry.
