WAIT!
We do not recommend proceeding with noncontracted vendors or custom elements.
Holiday Inn Express estate is built on a strong identity, emphasizing consistency and a cohesive design approach to deliver a recognizable and high-quality guest experience. For this to be successful your hotel's design should align with the prototypical design standards.
This reduces the time and effort required by you to submit your design or alternative vendors for review and approval. Saving you both time and fees.
If you are not using IHG Contracted Vendors, the full submittal process is required.
