2025 NCS-ACOFP Annual CME Conference, Durham NC
To encourage student and resident attendance at the 2025 NCS-ACOFP Annual CME Conference, the NCS-ACOFP Board of Directors will provide financial assistance in the amount up to $135 per person to cover the cost of housing/hotel expenses for the event.

Overnight expenses eligible for reimbursement can include the Millennium Hotel, nearby hotels and inns, and VRBO and Airbnb accomodations. Individuals are encouraged to share accommodations when possible. A copy of a receipt is required in order to receive reimbursement.

Eligibility Requirements

1) You must register for the conference and pay the registration fee. Note: If you are not approved for financial assistance for the conference and you are unable to attend, your registration fee can be refunded.

2) First priority for funding is given to indiviiduals who are members of NCS-ACOFP and students who are members of the CUSOM Family Medicine Interest Group.
