I DECLARE
to be aware of the rules set out in the announcement in the provider from which I made my booking and to accept them in full, without any reservation in respect of the property, the condominium/building and the provisions of the law in consideration of the Covid-19 contagion pandemic. If these are not respected, I will be responsible for any damage caused to the property, to the condominium/building and to the authorities.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
1. Overnight stays of 'extra' visitors
Each guest who will stay at the apartment not declared during the booking phase will have a cost of 50 euros per day, which I will owe to the company YELLOW HOUSE S.R.L.
2. Noise / Parties
Guests must minimize noise in order not to disturb the neighbors, especially during the night hours (22:00 - 08:00). Complaints from the neighborhood will cause damage to the property and to the management company as they carry out a continuous commercial activity within the condominium.
Parties and meetings of any kind are not allowed inside the property.
Excessive noise is prohibited at any time and will result in immediate reporting to the authorities.
Guests must avoid any kind of disrespectful behavior and minimize their impact on the inhabitants of the building and neighborhood. If the condominium complains about the disturbance caused by the gueste of the structure booked for one of the aforementioned prohibitions, the guest will owe to the company YELLOW HOUSE S.R.L. a minimum of 500 euros to a maximum of 5,000 euros based on the extent of the damage suffered by the company.
3. Smoking
In the apartment it is strictly forbidden to smoke, any type of cigarettes, electronic type Iqos, electronic with vaporizer or to consume any type of illegal substance. If at the customer's exit during the check-out phase, our operators find traces of the aforementioned prohibitions, the guest will be indebted to the company YELLOW HOUSE S.R.L. of a minimum of 27.5 euros to a maximum of 275 euros based on the extent of damages suffered by the company, Law 16 January 2003 n.3, art.51 "Protection of the health of non-smokers".
4. Property Damage
All damages and breakages must be reported immediately to the property manager. To avoid damages and breakages it is forbidden to move furniture and objects from one room to another without prior permission. It is forbidden to take away objects owned by the house as this will be immediately notified to the authorities, moreover the guest will be indebted to the company YELLOW HOUSE S.R.L for the value of the damage caused.
