  • What is a Maturity Matrix?


    Maturity Matrix is a framework that is used to help organizations:
    - Highlight areas for improvement​
    - Assess the current state ​
    - Set goals​
    - Track progress​
    - Benchmark against other organizations

     

    In the example below of a customer-centric maturity matrix focused on Voice of the Customer (VoC). It measures an organization's ability to understand customer needs, deliver value, and build relationships.​
