Hi neighbors, businesses, and partners! Please use the following form to submit your annual dues. Dues are charged on an annual basis starting on April 1st and ending on March 31st. Dues paid throughout the year are applied to the current fiscal year. Membership dues are essential to a functioning neighborhood association and cover our costs each year for green space maintenance, insurance, permitting, supplies for events, and more. Dues are subject to increase with appropriate notice given to the membership. All payments include an online service fee of 2.89% and $0.49. If you'd prefer to pay in-person, dues are $10 and $25, respectively, payable at a monthly neighborhood meeting or other major event.
