APPOINTMENT & BOOKING POLICIES
BOOKING & RESERVATION FEE
All appointments require a non-refundable reservation fee to secure your time.
This fee:
Goes toward your total service
Secures your appointment slot
Compensates for lost availability if canceled
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that this reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 48 hours → reservation fee is forfeited
Same-day cancellations or no-shows → 100% of the service may be charged to the card on file. No exceptions.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to your appointment:
Your reservation fee is forfeited
You WILL be charged 100% of the scheduled service
Future bookings will require full prepayment
REFUND POLICY
All services are FINAL SALE.
I do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, I stand behind my work and offer: One adjustment within 7 days of your appointment if needed
After 7 days, any changes will be considered a new service.
SERVICE OUTCOMES & EXPECTATIONS
By booking, you understand and agree:
Results are based on your hair history, integrity, and realistic expectations
I prioritize the health of your hair over extreme results
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve your goal
Inspiration photos are a guide, not a guarantee
CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are highly recommended and in some cases required.
In-person consultations: $50 (goes toward your service if booked)
This allows me to assess your hair and create a customized plan
CARD ON FILE AUTHORIZATION
By booking, you authorize me to keep a card on file and charge it for:
Late cancellations
No-shows
Remaining balances (if applicable)
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
By booking, you agree not to dispute or charge back any payments for:
Reservation fees
Services rendered
Missed appointments (no-shows / late cancellations)
All clients are required to agree to these policies prior to booking.
Any chargebacks will be considered a breach of agreement and may result in:
Permanent ban from future appointments
Additional action to recover lost funds
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
Is disrespectful
Does not align with my policies
Has a history of disputes or no-shows
FINAL AGREEMENT
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have:
