All events are prepaid. If payment is not recieved within 24 hours of Submission your entries will be deleted.

Refund Policy:

You will be refunded your fees minus credit card processing fees, if you cancel up to 72 hours prior to event. Within 72 hours, refunds will be issued for acceptable reasons, decided on a case-by-case basis by the board of directors. Examples: dogs in heat, injured dog.
