* Delivery and food safety
You are responsible for inspecting all meals for any damage or other issues upon delivery. In addition, you are solely responsible for determining the freshness of the meals you receive.

* Payment
When you register for a subscription plan, you agree that Eat Well is authorised to charge you in advance, for as long as your subscription plan continues. The payments should be made via BenefitPay.

* Delivey Policy
We will attempt to deliver your order as soon as possible only on our delivery hours from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm. We will not be able to deliver outside these hours at the moment.

* Prices
All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price available reflects the price available at the current time, in your current market area, and succeeds any and all prior prices for any product or plan.

* Pausing
You may pause your subscription only once per month for a maximum of 5 days continuous so you can benefit from the program properly.

* Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel your subscription, Eat Well has no obligation to refund any amount paid prior the start date time of cancelation. The amount is non-refundable unless the subscription is cancelled before the start of the subscription. If you cancel after the start of the subscription, you will have an Eat Well Credit instead of the amount valid for 1 year from the date of the subscription.
