    For properties located within the City of Seattle, compliance with the Seattle Residential Rental Inspection Ordinance (RRIO) is required.Please complete the necessary registration and provide us with the registration number for our records. If you do not have it, please indicate no, Next Brick can help to register the home. (Standard Admin Charge Apply)
  • City of Renton:
    Rental properties must be registered annually with the City of Renton. This includes a business license application and compliance with health and safety codes. Owners are responsible for completing the registration and providing confirmation to Next Brick.
    City of Auburn:
    The City of Auburn requires all rental properties to be registered. Owners must complete the rental housing registration and renew annually. Please share the registration confirmation with us once completed.

    City of Kent:  The City of Kent requires all rental properties to be registered under the Residential Rental Licensing Program. This applies to all rental properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, and multifamily units. While single-family homes are exempt from inspections, they must still be registered annually. The city conducts inspections for multifamily units every three years to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. As the property owner, it is your responsibility to complete the registration and keep it current to avoid potential fines or enforcement action.
