BFA Print Order Form

To place a Giclee Print Order, please fill out this form and upload your files (If we scanned your images, put in the notes "you already have my files"). We will first verify and prepare your files for print, resolve any issues, and then email you an invoice that you can approve and pay online. We begin printing once the payment is received. Orders can be shipped or picked up at our studio. All giclee print prices can be found here.

Our shipping prices are based on UPS & USPS rates, with a small included charge for shipping materials. We use USPS Priority to ship most print orders, unless you request UPS shipping. Original Artwork is always returned UPS or Fedex for security reasons. Orders within Washington State usually arrive on the next business day after they are shipped. Out of state orders generally take 2-5 business days for transit. To begin working on your order, we will email you an invoice you can pay online. Once we receive payment, our team will begin on the order and ship it when everything is complete. Read more about our Shipping Policies here

Standard Turn-Around Time is 3-5 Business Days from the time we receive your error free/Print Ready art files

RUSH job request

To move your order to the front of our queue and make sure it is complete by the date requested, we will add a Rush Fee to your order. Rush Fees for prints are an additional 50% of the print order. This means that a $100 print order will become $150. If we can't accommodate your Rush Order based on our current work-load, we will notify you right away. Rush Print Jobs will still require at least 24 hours from when we finalize/approve your order request. We CANNOT accomodate Same-Day Rush.

Note that quality may suffer as a result of rush orders.

Proofs

Proofs - Shipping or Local Pickup

• If you select "Physical Proof" please choose if you'd like to review your proof in the studio,
or select the Shipping Option to have them sent to you for review.
• If you need to review a Proof, your Print Order will be "On Hold" until you approve it.
• Proofs will be sent via USPS Priority Flate Rate, and will take 2-5 Business Days depending on your location.
• Proofs will be on either standard proofing paper or Moab Entrada Bright White (based on your final print substrate). Proofs requested on final print substrate will be $25 each.
• Proofs will be between 4"x6" and 8"x10", they are batched with other print orders and the sizing is random

What should we do if we run into problems with your files? This includes files that are the wrong size, have image issues like small flaws or inconsistencies, improper cropping, issues with ICC profiles & file-compression, etc.

If you choose "Fix My Files" a Bellevue Fine Art pro will help setup your files. An additional fee will apply, but we promise we'll make you look great! If its a quick fix, we will charge a nominal fee (around $5-10 per file) If the file requires extensive work, it will be billed at our standard studio time ($100 per hour billed in 15 minute increments) See our full summary of Editing & File Setup Fees here.

If you choose "Hold My Order" it means that if we encounter a Problem with this order, we will put it completely on hold and contact you with the issue. You will need to re-format and correct your own files, and re-submit them to us. We will not proceed with your order until we receive error-free Print Ready files. The turn-around time begins once we have the correct files.

Is this a reorder?

If this job is a repeat of a previous order, you do not need to submit the files again. We keep your print files for up to two years if they are active. Simply list your exact titles in the image order fields. You may submit small jpgs for aditional references. If some of your images are re-orders and some are new, in most cases we only need the new files.

(ex. 8x10 print + 1" margin will result in a 10x14" print)

Please send us Print-Ready Files – check your files to make sure they're sized correctly (300 ppi at the size you would like the print), flattened and preferably in the RGB colorspace & include an ICC Profile. If you are uploading a large batch of images, please also include the margin you would like in the file.
